Administrative / Biographical History
Albert Leonard Witherington and his wife Doris King both grew up in the Caerphilly area. She was the daughter of Sergeant James King of the Glamorgan Constabulary. After their marriage in 1938 they lived in Aberdare and following his death, Mrs Witherington moved to Whitchurch.
