Scope and Content

by David Williams, Llanystumdwy (co.Caerns) to sell to Rev. J Williams Ellis one third of the Crown rights, purchased by David Williams, to MORFA GWYLLT, p. Llanfrothen, at a price per acre paid for them, and that J. Williams Ellis shall be released from the payment of 20/- claimed by the owners of the Tremadoc Estate as a charge upon his property at Llanfrothen.
