Bernard Percival George Harris (fl. 1934-1959), of Pengam, Caerphilly, Glamorgan, was educated at Lewis School, Pengam, and then became an undergraduate at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth from 1936 to 1940. He was later an employee of the Joint Wages Board of Local Authorities of Monmouthshire.
