A report concerning the Act, including details of passenger transport in London prior to the passing of the Act, the scope and provisions of the Act, the constitution and appointment of the Board, general duties of the Board, the transfer of undertakings to the Board, arbitration machinery, powers of the Board with respect to services; fares and charges, co-ordination with main line railways, and the protection of the public. Also includes details of the financial basis of the Act, consideration payable for transferred undertakings, transport stock regulations and receivership provisions, the pooling of receipts of Board and main line railways, the application of revenue, reserve funds, and the licensing and approval of the Board's road transport services.
