1. Margaret Joseph, widow and executrix of John Joseph of Llanvairvach, p. Llanvair Clydogeu, co. Card. 2. David Hughes of Kevenyrhyddlanucha, p. Llanwenog, co. Card., gent., grandson of 1. Agreement, following a dispute arising from the will of John Joseph, deceased, that 1 shall yield and quitclaim to 2 the m. called Tythyn Cwmyffrwd and 2 parcels of arable land and meadow called Y Llaindanywern and Y Llainvach, p. Kellan, in return for £75 paid by 2 to 1 and £60 paid by 2 to be divided between John, Elinor, and Margaret, his brother and sisters (compare no. 5 below). Recital of deeds from 1773.
