Volume produced to commemorate the opening of Conway Bridge [Conwy Bridge]. Contains a full list of all those involved in construction, from engineers and architects to labourers; detailed plans and specifications for construction of the bridge; photographs of construction [some copyright - A.J. Lennie, Press Photographer, Llandudno]. The back page states that it is a 'duplicate of the volume hermetically sealed in a copper container and built into the bridge in the services chamber under the east embankment...at the opening ceremony on 13th December 1958'.
