John Jenkins (d.1953) was born in Resolven, and lived in Neath, both in Glamorgan. He was a mineral surveyor and estate agent, as well as an antiquarian. He was particularly interested in the manors of Neath Ultra and Cilybebyll, Glamorgan, and in the family of Herbert.
