Administrative / Biographical History
On the 1911 census John Penrhyn Rowlands was the Head Teacher at Brynsiencyn Council School. Married to Elizabeth Anne Jones in Gwynedd in 1894 with two sons, David John Rowlands born in 1899 and Daniel Cecil Rowlands born in 1909 both born in Brynsiencyn.
