- Envelope entitled 'Fellowship RCP' containing a letter, a newspaper cutting and a receipt relating to the awarding of the Fellowship of the RCP of London to William Aldren Turner, dating April-May 1896.
- Documents related to the Grand Priory of the Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem in England, including a blank declaration of allegiance, a memorandum of instructions signed by Herbert Jekyll (Secretary General) dated 21 March 1901, another memorandum dated 17th June 1889 and revised 1st December 1902, and a letter informing Turner that he was selected for enrolment as an Honorary Associate dated 26 February 1901.
