Also includes correspondence and notes from meetings concerning the takeover of the Company by the London Passenger Transport Board, the details of which were not finalised until 1936 due to the issue of compensation paid by the London Passenger Transport Board being decided upon by an Arbitration Tribunal, and litigation brought against the London Passenger Transport Board by the Managing Director for non-continuation of his services.
