The collection comprises notes from a series of lectures given by Sheaf on Elementary Physiology, including examining the amoeba, blood and muscle, digestion, circulation and respiration, and skin. Some of the lectures were held by St. John Ambulance Association. There are also printed booklets, reports and copies of poems believed to be in Sheaf's handwriting
