The company acquired and took over business branches in Bangladesh of James Finlay PLC, the Consolidated Tea and Lands Co (Bangladesh) Ltd and Baraoora (Sylhet) Tea Co Ltd. All the non-tea related business of James Finlay Limited was transferred and sold to JF (Bangladesh) Limited in 2004.
