Lease For Three Lives of a parcel of land on the east side of Weeg Street [Pier Street] Aberystwyth (boundary measurements given); covenants relating to future constructions and their maintenance; a lease for a further life to be available at the end of the third life upon payment of a heriot and the same covenants and rents to apply. Annual Rent: £5. 5s. with a heriot of 10s. 6d. payable on the death of each life. Endorsed: 'livery of seisin'; outline plan of the parcel of land, and drawing of a house with measurements.
