Shutford is located in North Oxfordshire, approximately four miles west of Banbury. The collection was originally deposited with the Bodleian Library, before being transferred to Oxfordshire Record Office in the early 1980s. Accession 3793 was deposited in March 1994. The entire collection was recatalogued by Hannah Jones in September 2006.
