Administrative / Biographical History
The Menai Bridge Brass Band, Menai Bridge (Porthaethwy), Anglesey, was founded during the 1890s. The first known concert took place in 1897. The first conductor was Captain George Senogles. The band played on the bandstand by the Pier; they practised in a former chapel in Mount Street, Menai Bridge.
