Bod Llwyfan, Clai Lane, Pentraeth. From about 1820 the house was known as Tyddyn Isa and at the end of the 19th or early 20th century it was bought by a man from Bangor who converted the outbuildings, barn, milking parlour etc. into a house and Tyddyn Isa where the front lawn is now was demolished.

The papers are from the family of Hugh and Mary Hughes who had a daughter Lyn. Hugh Hughes was a gamekeeper and agent for Hunters Seeds, Chester.
