This collection of deeds was purchased by Oxfordshire Record Office in August 2008, and assigned the accession number 5761.
The deeds relate to parishes in south-east Oxfordshire including Mongewell, Crowmarsh (Stoke Bassett), Ipsden, Newnham Murren, Adwell, North Stoke, Sotwell, and Rotherfield Greys. The deeds are in excellent condition, many still having intact seals.
A number of the deeds had previously been photocopied and deposited as part of the larger 'Marmion' collection at ORO and researchers may find it beneficial to also consult this collection.
