Scope and Content

Relating to manorial land called Picked Piece, Sturt, Charlbury and a messuage thereon, at one time occupied by Mary Wellington. The messuage appears to have become known as Wellington Cottage, and later still as 'Five Ways'.

Deposited via Messrs Crossman, Block and Keith as accession 957 in 1971.

Previously catalogued under reference 'Gibson'. Recatalogued by Katherine Kinrade in November 2020.
