Lloyd Kenyon, J. P., (1696-[1773]), of Gredington, Flintshire, was a magistrate in Maelor, Flintshire, during the 18th century. He was the son of Thomas Kenyon (1668-1731) of Peel, Lancashire, and Catherine Kenyon (b. 1660), daughter and heiress of Luke Lloyd (d.1695) of Bryn, Hanmer, Flintshire. In 1730, Lloyd Kenyon married Jane, daughter of Robert Eddowes of Eagle Hall, Cheshire, and Ann, daughter and heiress of the Rev. Richard Hilton (d. 1706) of Gredington. Following the death of the Rev. Hilton, the Kenyons moved to Gredington. His duties as Justice of the Peace included the administration of justice, maintenance of the highways and bridges in his area and provision of poor relief.
