Parcel of further family settlements, probate records and documents of the trustees of the Pryce family of Cyfronnydd, 1896-1956. They include the pre-nuptial settlement of Athelstane Robert Pryce and Maud Charlotte Elizabeth Annie Neville of Rockfield Ballybrack, Dublin, 1896; a copy, extracted in 1926, of the will, dated 1889, and codicil of Robert Davies Pryce, proved 1891; two deeds of vesting assent by the trustees of the Cyfronnydd and Aberllefenni estates to Arthur Hamilton Price, 1927 and 1929; sale catalogue of furniture and effects, 1927, and maps of the Cyfronnydd estate in Castell Caereinion, Guilsfield and Llangynyw for sale, 1927; the final release by Ada Pryce to the family trustees, 1945; and an acknowledgement by Lloyd Quarries, Ltd, 1956, for production of the vesting assent of 1929 relating to the Aberllefenni estate.
