Scope and Content

Decisions in College are made by the Rector and Fellows. From the foundation, these were made on Chapter Day twice a year and recorded in the College Registers [see LC/R/1-4] amongst other business. Specific items of business with third parties were often transacted by charter. From 1801, dedicated College Order Books were kept. From the 1950s, a concurrent series of College Meeting papers was kept, and this series continues to record the Governing Body business of the College.
