The Monmouth Divisional Liberal Association, active from 1975, and the Monmouth Social Democratic Party, created when the SDP was formed in 1981, were combined in 1988, when the Liberal Party and the Social Democratic Party merged to form the Liberal Democrats.

Arranged into two groups: Monmouth Divisional Liberal Association; and Monmouth SDP.
