The majority of the collection consists of deeds of title and other legal papers relating largely to parishes in Conwy, but also including other Welsh counties, English counties and an estate in Ireland.
Documents relating to properties or persons in a parish have been grouped in chronological order. Local wills and administrations form a separate section.

This collection is said to have come to light during a house clearance in the Conwy Valley, from whence it was placed for sale in an antiquarian and second-hand bookshop.
