In 1887 Queen Victoria celebrated her Golden Jubilee. Subscriptions were raised to meet the cost of celebrations.

This collection was part of the Town Clerk's records and was transferred to the archive from Bexley Square Town Hall following the local government restructure in 1974. The collection was listed by archive volunteer Nick Howell in 2011.
