Scope and Content

Testator bequeathed and devised:. To his daughters, Margaret, Mary Elizabeth and Jane - £50 to be divided between them. A tmt and lands in p. Pencarreg called Cwm Ann to be charged for the payment of debts. Testator's wife, Jane, and his son, Hugh, to be executors of the will and to inherit the remainder of the estate.
