Deeds, mostly relating to the estate of the Burchinshaw family, Denbighshire, 1668-1750, and the Tremadog, Caernarfonshire, estate of the Roche family, 1895-1900.

The Burchinshaw family lived at Plas Isa, Llansannan, Denbighshire. The Roche family, originally from Brecknockshire, were involved in managing the Tremadog Estate and Porthmadoc Harbour, Caernarfonshire.

Arranged into the following: deeds, debtors' petitions, schedules, etc.
