COPY FINAL CONCORD in a fine levied at Great Sessions, Carmarthen, between John Gwynne, gent. Plaintiff and James Thomas and Elizabeth his wife Deforceants in respect of 10 mess., 10 cottages, 10 barns, 10 stables, 10 outhouses, 10 yards, 10 outlets, 10 gardens, 6 orchards, 200 acres of land, 50 acres of meadow, 30 acres of pasture, 20 acres of marshland, 10 acres of moor, 10 acres of wood and underwood, 10 acres of furze and heath and common of pasture and turbary in Newcastle Emlyn, Kennarth pa. 19th April 1813.
