Producer Gas

Memoranda and correspondence including reports on the use of producer gas instead of liquid fuels and details of the provision of gas producer service stations and fuel and ash handling equipment, the installation and maintenance of gas producer equipment on London Passenger Transport Board vehicles, modifications to be made to a standard bus chassis to acommodate gas and the estimated costs of providing plants and equipment at 20 service stations for such vehicles as well as costs of plant buildings.
