Contains photographs of the Glan Clwyd Hospital Project exhibition in 2002; Plas Tan y Bwlch residencies; workshops; Christmas lunch 2003 etc. Newspaper cuttings from the Pioneer celebrating 30 years of the Embroiderers' Guild in 2002. Separate plastic folder containing information and photographs about the 'Presentation and dedication of Cope and Mitre in St. Asaph's Cathedral.'

Young Embroiderers Guild Group who had work on display at one of the biennial exhibitions. Photographs also of their actual work. The Young Embroiderers Guild photographs 1998/1999. - Design work and making textile items. Other photographs show workshops carried out by members of the Guild with local senior school aged children. Three photographs - Two photos at 'Ysgol Hen Golwyn School'. Contains leaflets about the Armorial Bearings 'Crest' of the Urban District Council of Rhyl. Also two large colour illustrations and an A4 illustration of the bearings. Three large A4 cardboard sheets containing photographs. Looks like different workshops, with some members of the Guild attending them including Miriam Forder, Pauline Foster, Alison Corfield, Sue Hinde, and Helen Melvin. Two workshops - felt and needle felt making and free machine embroidery. Workshop tutors Alison Corfield and Sarah Rokestrow. Also goldwork workshop with unknown tutor.
