Deeds and documents, 1895-1992, relating to Pleasant View, Llanfihangel-ar-arth.

Pleasant View is a property in the parish of Llanfihangel-ar-arth, Carmarthenshire. In 1895, the land was owned by William Price Llewellyn Lewes of Llysnewydd and leased to Rees Rees of Llwynfedw. In 1911 Rees passed the property to Benjamin Stephens of Brown Hill, who held Pleasant View until 1921. Between 1921 and 1952, the property was held by David Thomas Jones and afterwards conveyed to David Thomas Davies of Tydraw and his wife, Margaret. Davies passed the property to his daughter, Sarah Anne Davies and her husband, Evan John Davies, in 1959 who lived in the property until 1989. Nicholas and Karen Robert Parker bought Pleasant View in 1989. Bolitho Way, solicitors, of Portsmouth, Hampshire, accumulated the deeds.
