Prospectus (including application form for shares, memorandum of association of Company, and statement that Company has been formed for the purpose of acquiring and working the Dynevor and Dyffryn Main Collieries, situate at Neath Abbey and at Dyffryn, in the County of Glamorgan. These Collieries comprise more than 1,000 acres of unworked Coal, held under Leases from Lord Dynevor, the late Howel Gwyn, Esq., and others, with 150 acres of freehold Minerals, of which 40 acres are unworked.
