The file contains a TS draft of Adolf Hitler: My Part in his Downfall, volume 1 of Milligan’s ‘War Memoirs’, with MS illustrations, a newspaper review and correspondence relating to the same work. Contained in a box file with an original handwritten label by Milligan: ‘Photos | Letters | Some News Cutting’. Overlaid with another label by Milligan: ‘Adolp [sic] Hitler | my part in | his downfall | MS Typewritten | complete | vol I | war memoirs’. A third label at the bottom of the file, possibly also in Milligan’s handwriting, but not clear enough to state definitely: ‘MS + Drawing | Intact | Feb 81’.
