Deeds and documents, 1734-1895, mainly relating to lands in the parish of Pencarreg, Carmarthenshire; 1734-1876; deeds and documents relating to land in the parish of Marston Montgomery, Derbyshire, 1813-1886.

Vincent Evans, solicitor, of Lampeter, Cardiganshire, was active in the 1960s. He accumulated papers relating to Pencarreg, Carmarthenshire and Marston Montgomery, Derbyshire. Thomas David of Llanwenog, Cardiganshire, leased land in the parish of Pencarreg, Carmarthenshire, in 1759. In 1788-1789, his sons, John, James and Enoch Thomas, were granted land in Pencarreg through his will. In 1858, Timothy Davies, of Hendai, held land in the parish, and by 1875, Jacob Davies had taken over the land.
