Assignment Of Lease for the remainder of a term of 500 years of property in Scotland Street, Presteigne, originally demised on 5 Nov. 1781 [No. 8 above], and 17 June 1782, followed by many assignments, including those dated 24 July 1820 [No. 16 above], and 8 July 1823, and now ultimately being conveyed in accordance with the will of John Walker, dec., dated 2 Feb. 1855. Consideration: £285. (3) Is given custody of the deeds relevant to the conveyance and he covenants and agrees to produce the same on demand. Schedule of the above-mentioned deeds.
