Scope and Content

A parish school was built in High Street in 1842. In 1904 a new school was built in Osney Lane for the Boys, Girls and Infants. Under the reorganisation of 1926 senior girls were sent to either St Peter-le-Bailey Senior Mixed School or Holy Trinity Convent School.
