1. Thomas Morris of the Co. Baro' of Carmarthen, banker and Daniel Williams of the same place, gent. (devisees in trust named in the last will and testament of Thomas Woods late of the same place, gent. dee.).

LEASE AND RELEASE in five parts of a piece or parcel of building ground lately used as two gardens and a saw pit situate in Woods Row and also a piece of building ground and stables at the West end of Woods Row.

Witnesses: Richard Rees of Carmarthen, attorney and John Jones his clerk.

Recites: Court of Chancery case of 5 May 1825 between Jones and Morris whereby the said Samuel Tardrew purchased the above grounds.
