Ilmar Roostal was an Estonian economist. He was a Business Management and Development Consultant at Stockholm Bohling & Ström AB, 1967–1974 and Director General of the National Development Corporation , Lesotho Development Project Manager, 1975-1976. Roostal was the owner of the consultancy firm, Roostal Development AB, 1974-1993.
