Records dating from the mid 1960s onwards, where international leadership takes over from the lead given earlier by the Committee in London. National auxiliaries have now become national councils, whose leaders together make up the international leadership. Records of the England & Wales National Council are in the Home file list. Work is now more diffuse, being undertaken by mission partners from a range of countries, and collaborating with national groups or with umbrella organisations in a particular country. It is thus harder to document. New opportunities are being tapped.
