Donald H. Laycock, MBE (fl 1922-1978), worked in Nyasaland as Agricultural Officer from 1945, Tea Research Officer from 1955, Director, Tea Research Stations, 1958-1965; in India as Director, Tea Research, 1965-1971; and as Director, Tea Research Stations of East Africa, 1971-1978.
