Departmental memoranda, reports and plans

A single file of material, mostly containing reports and memoranda issued by the head of department. It includes the report of working party on future arrangements for the Department of European Studies and Modern Languages (1984), which led to the decoupling of European Studies and Languages & Linguistics in 1985. There is also a draft academic plan (1989) and planning statements for 1992/3, 1993/4, 1994/5, and several memoranda on curriculum matters
