Administrative / Biographical History

The Nevsky Thread Co operated around the end of the 19th century, when it was taken over by J & P Coats Ltd (now Coats PLC). The company was still operating under the Nevsky Thread Co in the 1950s. Though Coats PLC have sites in Russia, the Nevsky Thread Co is no longer in existence.
