Records of Stoddard International plc, Design Archive, Contract Specific Canada

This material is held atUniversity of Glasgow Archive Services

Scope and Content

Carpet design patterns related to specific contracts in Canada, which can be dated to c1980s. Patterns include those for contracts in, for example, Royal York Hotel in Toronto, The Regina Inn in Saskatchewan and a number for carpets in the Hyatt House Hotel. Some patterns consist of several seperate pieces of paper (one has 16 parts), and have therefore been catalogued as single items with multiple parts. Where items are folded and stapled or clipped together the size recorded is that when folded. Some have been given a design number, while a few also note contract details.

This description is part of the Design Archive  which is divided into the 142 sections, each with its own separate description.
