1 Robert Owen of No. 1, No. 10 Court, Llanrwst Street, Liverpool, boiler-maker. 2 John Edwards of London Road, Portmadoc, co. Caern., master mariner. Bond for the payment of the sum of £85. Overleaf is a declaration of even date by the said Robert Owen that the bond is accompanied by the title deeds relating to a m. and lands called Hendrebach in p. Aberdaron, co. Caern., and the said Robert Owen undertakes to execute at his own expense a valid mortgage of the said premises to the said John Edwards for better securing the said sum of £85. Bond discharged 5 May 1870.
