Annual Trust Property Schedules

Tabulated returns (on printed forms) prepared by chapel trustees for the Circuit Quarterly Board and then passed on to the District Meeting Chapel Committee. The returns are arranged by Circuit (or Station) and contain both historical and financial information (date of chapel, details of trust deed and trustees, number of sittings and attendance, if there is a school, present debts, balance sheet). Unless otherwise stated each volume contains returns from the following Circuits (York I, York II, Scarborough I, Scarborough II, Malton, Pickering, Thirsk, Middleham, Bedale, Easingwold, and Helmsley). Bound in at the end of each volume are usually applications to the District Building Committee for permission to build, alter, buy or lease property or to appoint new trustees.
