There are 12 colour prints and 3 black & white prints which depict the Chairman of the Royal Botanical and Horticultural Society of Manchester and the Northern Counties, Mr A.E.R. Goulty, presenting prizes at shows of the North West Counties Chrysanthemum League at Stretford, November 1991 and November 1992. There are also views of the prize-winners and their displays.
In addition there is a large black & white print showing Mr Leslie Clarke, a member of the Chester Blind Welfare Society, tending tomatoes in a greenhouse donated by the MBHS, in the company of Christopher Allen of the Society, Two mounted, illustrated cuttings, from the Liverpool Echo and Chester Standard, feature the donation of the greenhouse in October 1989.
