Scope and Content

Primarily minutes and agendas for committee meetings. A few supporting papers have survived. Meetings were held on an ad hoc basis (the 1972 constitution states that there should be at least five held per year). From Nov 1971 to 1972 the agenda became more systematic, generally comprising: agreement of minutes of last meeting; matters arising; reports from the working parties and functions (Office/Organising Secretary, Treasurer, Publications, Child Care, New Towns, Parliamentary Affairs, Finance, Employment and Education). After 1972 the agenda is less standard. In 1975 incoming and outgoing correspondence is noted in the minutes.

Other agenda items are listed at file level.
