Mainly financial records of the Cinema management committee.

Administrative / Biographical History

Tumble Welfare Hall opened circa 1920. It was sponsored both by miners' salary deductions and by the management of the nearby Great Mountain Colliery. The building consisted of a hall, institute and cinema. It was closed in 1977, and the building was later passed to the Llannon Community Council for community use.
