Dinner given by The Rt [Right] Hon [Honourable] The Lord Mayor Councillor John Charles Edwards, OStJ, [Order of St John] JP [Justice of the Peace] and the Cardiff City Council to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the granting by Royal Charter of City Status at City Hall. Guests included the Deputy Lord Mayor Councillor P Dunleavy and the Mayor of Swansea, Councillor Alan Lloyd. Includes text from the Royal Warrant of 1905, a programme of music performed by the Regimental Band The Royal Regiment of Wales (24th/41st) and its Bandmaster Mr MJ Pegram.
