Administrative / Biographical History

Kidwelly Quay is a Grade II Listed Building in Kidwelly, Carmarthenshire. The quay was built [c. 1768] by Thomas Kymer to export anthracite brought down by his canal from the Gwendraeth Fawr. The quay was closed in 1934.
