LEASE of a certain close or field called Cae [the word Tyddyn has been removed] part of a farm called Tyddyndu in the parish of Llanfechell which commences on the south east opposite a dwelling house called the four crosses now in the occupancy of Catherine Williams on the corner of the road leading from the cottage to the village of Cemaes and extends to a certain gate on the same road leading to the dwelling house called Caerllyn now in the occupancy of Richard Griffiths [Further details on the size of the parcel are given].
